Trouble is you're confused about what your options are. You know what you don't want in your job, but you don't know what you do. You'd love a new job that genuinely reflects your passions and interests, and makes you look forward to a Monday morning but you don't know how to go about it.

But what you know for sure is that doing the next logical step on your CV isn't going to cut it for you.

Career Change Intensive

This two day event is an opportunity for you to explore, in a safe place with the personal attention of your coach and the detailed feedback of others, what needs to be in your ideal job and the range of possibilities open to you.

By the end of the weekend, you'll have left behind indecision and uncertainty and have replaced it with a clear direction of where you're heading, and an action plan to get you started. A bonus one-to-one coaching session is included to kick-start your action plan.

It's a cut down version of our very successful three month personal 'Career Change Programme', so you'll cover the ground in a speed of a weekend (freeing you to get on with the business of finding that new job or upgrading your existing one), but for less than 50% the usual cost of our personalised coaching.

Details of what's covered

The programme is made up of three sections: Explore, Dream and Discover

Saturday is the 'Explore' stage in which you understand more about who you are and what a job needs to have for you to feel excited and fulfilled. Specifically we'll cover:

- Your values i.e. your key job motivators
- Your passions and interests
- Your strengths and skillset - discovering which skills you want to develop and those you'd like to learn
- Your ideal working environment
- Your life purpose

Our intention here is to identify what is already working for you so you can keep it, and to drop that which isn't working for you.

On Sunday we cover the other two stages.

'Dream' is about identifying all the different job options that might be right for you. We'll introduce you to the concepts of the Ideas Bank and Spectrum of Possibilities.

You'll then identify three potential options which you want to research further. And we'll show you how to go about doing this so you know whether these options really are realistic and right for you.

'Discover' is about getting clear on what you want your life to be like ten years from now, and how you will be feeling about this new job of yours.

After the Visioning Exercise we do a Reality Check. We look at all the skills, strengths, experience, knowledge and contacts you already have to get you on your way. But we also identify what you will need to develop or do to close the gap between your current role and where you want to be.

This forms the basis of your Master Action Plan which you will take away after your workshop and which by this time you'll be ready to get started on once we've completed the final part of the workshop which is exploring any mental blocks or lack of confidence which might hold us back from going for what we really want.

It works!

I have been running this Programme now for four years. Every client who's completed it has found it's helped them create enormous clarity about the options genuinely open to them.

Sometimes the option they choose is one they've considered for a long time, but this programme gave them the confidence this was the right option for them. For others, the options they generate are a complete surprise... and yet absolutely perfect for them. For example, Beverly Gibson thought she wanted to do Web Design but discovered Garden Design through this process and is looking forward to starting her study for her new career.
