Free leadership development coaching

The government has designed the Leadership and Management Advisory Service to provide training advice and a grant of up to £1000 for business owners to use towards their personal development.

You have to be a business in the Greater London area with between 2 and 249 staff and the MD, CEO or senior Director to apply.

Training as well as one one one coaching is available under this scheme.

NB. This money is only available until the end February 2012 so applications must be made mid January 2012 latest to get it before the Fund is withdrawn.
