Career Coach
Before becoming a coach, Ros spent 12 years working in law, broadcasting and financial services. Among the companies she has worked for are the BBC and GE Money Home Lending.
Today Ros has an international coaching practice helping creative and financial services professionals to regain the 'fire in their belly' and have amazing, satisfying careers. She's also regularly gives workshops to the CIPD and networking groups on career-related matters.
Ros trained with leading coaching academy, CoachU and the UK School of Coaching (Work Foundation), and is an NLP Practitioner. She's has received ACC accreditation with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is bound by their standards of conduct and ethics.
As a child, Ros tried to get her first big career break as a dancer by writing to Jim of Jim'll'Fix It fame to ask if he'd grant her just one week at the famous White Lodge ballet school. But Jim sadly didn't reply. Ros still indulges her love of dance by going regularly to Sadlers Wells and doing the odd Charleston.

Laura manages Ros' coaching diary, and answers queries about any of our workshops or coaching services. She can also arrange for Career Coach workshops to be delivered to your company or group. Laura also handles marketing, accounts and customer care. Before Laura joined The Career Coach, she studied History and worked in Marketing.
