Before becoming a Coach, Ros spent 12 years working in law, broadcasting and financial services. Among the companies she has worked for as an internal coach are the BBC and GE Money Home Lending.

For the last nine years Ros has been coaching senior and high potential professionals in the UK and internationally to have careers which satisfy them intellectually, financially and emotionally, while making a positive difference in their chosen field. She also regularly gives workshops to the CIPD and networking groups on career-related matters, and is regularly interviewed by the Press.

Ros trained with the world's leading coaching academy, CoachU (Coach Training Programme) and Newfield (Coaching Excellence in Organisations). Ros is also an NLP Practitioner. She has a PCC accreditation with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is bound by their Code of Standards and Ethics.

She has a young daughter, Kirsty and lives in London.

Rachel VincentRachel Vincent

Rachel has been working as a professional CV writer for the past four years, providing accurately and persuasively written professional CVs for a wide range of business sectors at all levels of seniority.

Prior to this, Rachel spent 12 years working in the City for a global financial publishing and printing company, where she was responsible for much of the recruitment. As a result, she has been on the receiving end of many CVs, so knows what constitutes an effective CV and the pitfalls to avoid.

In this role, Rachel also managed the typesetting, printing and delivery of prospectuses and other time-sensitive documents and was able to hone her writing skills whilst drafting and editing business text and training materials for the company.

Rachel holds a degree in English, a post-graduate diploma in publishing and print production and a certificate in proofreading and editorial skills.

She has a young son, Benjamin and lives in Sheffield.
