The workshop runs for 3.5 Hours (half day).

Are you thinking about your career and the future? Would you like some tools to understand what drives you, to discover your strengths (or weaknesses) and the career paths you could be investigating?

Would you like to develop your skills, knowledge or contacts so that you can drive your career your way?

Would you like to know how to create a development plan that feels meaningful, and which you could confidently share with your manager come objective-setting time or at your half year-review so you could make that development happen and reach your career goals?

Identify strengths and gaps and understand why you should be stretching your strengths as well as being choosing about which gaps to develop if you want to succeed

Engage the support of your manager and keep him or her in the loop as you implement your plan

Seeking learning opportunities

The development options available to you and how to choose the best learning activities for your needs and aspirations

The workshop is a mix of ideas, theory and coaching practicals so you can think through what you want and how you would like to achieve this.

By the end of the workshop your career and development conversations will be answered by Ros and the group, and you will have a concrete action plan to present to your manager, knowing that your development for this year is clear and on track.
