Knowing yourself and what’s most effective to develop

The workshop is a mix of ideas, theory and coaching practicals so you can think through what you want and how you would like to achieve this.
By the end of the workshop your career and development conversations will be answered by Ros and the group, and you will have a concrete action plan to present to your manager, knowing that your development for this year is clear and on track.
