Ros has over sixteen years’ experience a career management and leadership coach. Her business backgrounds are in law, media and financial services and in her spare time is a trustee for a local charity.
She is passionate about helping professionals build careers that are rewarding for them financially, intellectually and emotionally and who want to make a difference.
She has trained with many bodies including CoachU, Fireworks Career Coaching, the Centre for Right Relationship (CRR UK), and Newfield and is an NLP Practitioner.
She is accredited at Master Certified Coach (MCC) level with the ICF, making her one of the top 1% coaches globally, and is regularly invited to speak at networking associations and in the press.
Michelle combines coaching with a role as joint head of communications for a government agency. Michelle has sixteen years’ experience of helping people at all stages of their career to identify the work that’s the best match for them.
She also coaches people who know they are in the right field for them but want to gain a promotion, improve a working relationship, or their work-life balance.
Before becoming a coach Michelle worked for 13 years in PR, marketing and internal communications across government, including at the Cabinet office, Dept of Health, Defra and the Home Office.
Michelle trained with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She is a licensed Firework Career Coaching programme coach and trains other coaches to use the process.
She has been certified as a Professional Coach (PCC) with the ICF for 9 years.

Rachel has been writing CVs professionally since 2008. Her focus is on creating persuasive and tailored CVs that positively differentiate individuals, effectively showcasing technical skills, demonstrating impact and evidencing outcomes delivered.
Danny advises professionals on how to develop their social media presence in order to get introduced to new employers and to develop their career. Danny helps clients identify the employers they want to target, and shows them how to use social networks such as LinkedIn to raise their profile and get introduced to those employers.
