Knowing your strengths and playing them is the key to having an enjoyable and brilliant career.

If you love what you do, you naturally want to become better and better at it, and in turn, will enjoy greater recognition and progression in your career.

Yet in most workplaces we’re more likely to get feedback on what we don’t do well and while that is helpful to know – and to work on – all the research from positive psychology proves that it’s knowing our strengths and developing these to the max, which will move the needle far more.

If like most people, you’re not 100% sure what your strengths at work are – and how you could be using them more to get ahead, this virtual training is for you.

Sign up now to listen live and have the opportunity to have your questions answered – or to receive access to the recording to listen to in your own time.
