Success in New Role Coaching is a three-month programme designed to help you quickly understand the company and its goals, build effective relationships with your team, management and key stakeholders, close gaps in your skills and knowledge, make a positive impact and confirm to your new organisation that they made the right decision in hiring you.

I had 6 coaching sessions with Ros soon after I started in a new leadership role. I was new to the organisation and the sector and felt like I would benefit from some external help to find my feet. I got so much clarity and confidence out of these sessions and as a result, am now enjoying the role immensely.
