Can’t bear to return on a full-time basis – at least straight away – so exploring your options for more flexible working?
The good news is that there are more options for men and women who have taken time out to raise a family or look after ageing parents than ever before.
A number of niche recruiters have come into the market, especially in the London area, promoting the many benefits of having highly skilled professionals working flexible hours or in a flexible way and matching these employers to those who feel ready to earn again and do interesting work.

Never stop yourself from applying for a great role on other jobs boards or in careers sections of organisations you’d like to work for just because it is advertised as full-time.
Part-time working, job shares and a host of other ways of working may be possible if you are a great candidate and they want you. It’s worth negotiating.
