Are you returning to work after raising your kids?
Can’t bear to return on a full-time basis – at least straight away – so exploring your options for more flexible working?
The good news is that there are more options for men and women who have taken time out to raise a family or look after ageing parents than ever before.
A number of niche recruiters have come into the market, especially in the London area, promoting the many benefits of having highly skilled professionals working flexible hours or in a flexible way and matching these employers to those who feel ready to earn again and do interesting work.
The following is a list of recruiters in the London area that The Career Coach is aware of at the time of writing. There are not sponsored or recommended in any way but are there to support you if you are beginning to explore the kind of roles that are possible.

Finally, research shows that many employers are still under the mistaken belief that most job seekers are seeking a full-time role and are advertising their roles as full-time.
Never stop yourself from applying for a great role on other jobs boards or in careers sections of organisations you’d like to work for just because it is advertised as full-time.
Part-time working, job shares and a host of other ways of working may be possible if you are a great candidate and they want you. It’s worth negotiating.

P.S. If you have found a flexible recruiter that you would love to recommend to others, please don’t keep them to yourself! Get in touch and we will add them to this list.
