Working when you have chronic illness or pain
FREE webinar | Tuesday 1 June, 7pm-8pm
Building a healthy relationship with ongoing illness, pain or fluctuating energy levels is crucial, not only so you are able to manage your physical and mental health, but to know that you can work consistently, whether that’s for yourself or for an employer.
Expect a deep conversation in which we share our own experiences of mind/body strategies we have used to manage pain and manage accompanying workload – and to learn from and be inspired by one another!
This session will not be recorded and we ask that everyone respects everyone else’s complete confidentiality with respect to any situation or perspective given in the call.
It goes without saying this session is about sharing experiences, rather than being medical guidance; if you have concerns please discuss these with your doctor first before applying anything that has worked for someone else on this call. Thank you.
